"This was a 1-night stay for work. Car park was free and well lit, with night lights. Venue needs a bit of tlc, but is useful and functional. Access to a shared kitchen in ground floor, with still hot drinks being able to be made in room. Shower was small in room I was in, bed was comfortable. TV and Wifi okay. Small desk to work at. Great value compared to some other venues in Peterborough."

"All staff we met were friendly and helpful, including spa staff. Room clean and spacious, not modern but traditional as would expect in older part of building. Shower hot, bathroom huge! Mattress not the best though. Think room would be cold in Winter due to period windows, single glazed and not air tight. Breakfast also traditional, nice to have tea and coffee served at table, fresh bread , hot food good, cereals limited and basic."

"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor. Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really relax in the building. The surrounding properties were noisy, loud, up at all hours of the night and with the apartment being on the ground floor you could hear everything. The properly had no real noise insulation so every step from the floor above or as other residents used the stairs / front door of the building echoed. Poor night sleep which wasn’t ideal when staying away for work. "
