"The property was beautiful inside and out. The ONLY issue I had with this property was no elevators in building no 9. I had to carry my bag up 6 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Oh, at one of the restaurantsI was turned away but later let in when someone else came to the check in area. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Very clean rooms, good food, entertainment, and very friendly, helpful staff. Special mention for Eduardo and Bryan who work in the reception area. The way they greet you as soon as you arrive sets the tone for a wonderful vacation. They were always friendly and happy to help whenever we needed anything. This was our 4th stay and we will be back!"
