"What I can say is that the attention to details is what seperate the hotel from other luxury hotels. I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day. Not wanting to disturb us on a late night request for water, they decided to knock...

"Hotel was pleasant and very central to a lot of eateries. The popular Lau Pa Sat hawker center is just few steps away. Love the tea scent as you enter the hotel entrance. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was strong. One thing to let guests know ahead of time is to bring a reusable bottle since there's no bottled water provided. 7-11 is nearby but a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was delicious and had western and Asian cuisine. Overall, a great stay. "

"Enjoyed the great location, access to restaurants just downstairs if you didn’t feel like going out. As well loved the pool and easy access to MRT! Room was very spacious clean and comfortable. However, for a luxury hotel I was surprised that some towels had holes in them and bathtub finish was worn. Staff, front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"We had plenty of space in our 1 bedroom brown suite on the 21st floor and our housekeeper Ryan was fabulous! He kept our coffee supply filled up, the place very clean and we looked forward to his creative towel sculptures at the end of each day. Melissa also checked in with us a couple of times via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok. The outside of the hotel is in need of a paint job, but the inside is pretty nice. We enjoyed the blast of cold air when coming in from the Singapore heat....
