"Our room was in the Breakers Dune hotel. We were unimpressed with the unit, looked very old and needed to be updated. It was quite small as was the bathroom with very little storage. Basically it looked dingy and we didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. We would not stay there again but might try one of the other buildings the are part of Breakers. Avoid the Dune building."

"The room itself was clean, but unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with a bad smell coming from behind and underneath the refrigerator. I called the front desk, and I have to say that they were very responsive. They sent a lady to clean the area, and she did a very thorough deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the smell continued, and even the drinks we kept inside the refrigerator started to smell bad. The next day, I contacted the front desk again. Maintenance came and sprayed...
