"Terrible experience. I had a late check in and there was nobody there to let me in. A random guest had to come and open the door. I just stayed in a random room because there was no service or check in instructions.
The room was filthy. The spread and sheets reeked of urine. Old towels were left in the room. The bathroom was nasty. Didn’t even use it. I laid on the other bed for like a few hours just to get some kind of value. I left right after that. I would not recommend this location."

"My room was very comfortable and breakfast, as always, was good. I ate in the dining room one night and that was sub-standard to say the least. My heat in the room did not work, so 24 hours after I reported it, two men came and looked at it but did not fix it. Luckily I was given a plug-in heater, so it was okay. I always enjoy staying at the Rembrandt - and it did not disappoint in location, convenience, breakfast or basic comfort."

"This is a beautiful hotel that is very well run. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is located in a safe neighborhood near public transportation which makes it easy to get anywhere in London. I loved the terrace overlooking the garden.
Breakfast was great and the other few meals we had there were also very good. This is my new favourite hotel."

"the location is excellent. Would have preferred to have a coffee machine instead of a pot. Breakfast was good. The rooms need a bit of uplifting, especially on the AC front...The hot water was rarely hot, just acceptable.
Nevertheless the staff was lovely. Truly. Helpful and lovely. Th elocation was excellent too. I will stay there again."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...
