"Most amazing staff we have ever experienced during a hotel stay. Gila and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. If you can make happy hour, please do! The wine and prosecco pours a plenty!!
Location was awesome! Two minutes walk to Buckingham Palace and some really great pubs!

"Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from Victoria station. Staff are great, so friendly. Room was lovely. It didn’t have the advertised chandelier though. The wardrobe wasn’t tall enough for my maxi dresses but i was able to hang them on the outside which was fine. Plenty of hangers. Gorgeous cake and cookies in room on arrival. Other than the tiny issues I can’t fault it. We didn’t have breakfast as it was rather expensive for what we would eat but the small plates we had one evening were...
