"The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere.
The towels were so hard.
The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it.
The beds were comfortable though. "

"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. "Really warm greeting from the stsff as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Quick & efficient check-in.
The room was cleaned to a very high standard.
Plenty of choice at breakfast - everything from a full english cooked breakfast to a continental one.
My only complaint was that there was no restaurant on site, only a cafe for snacks.
Overall a great stsy & would definitely revommend."
