"The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere.
The towels were so hard.
The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it.

"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. The room was cleaned to a very high standard.
Plenty of choice at breakfast - everything from a full english cooked breakfast to a continental one.
My only complaint was that there was no restaurant on site, only a cafe for snacks.
