"The staff were fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful, which the made it a brilliant stay. Dinner was good and very family friendly with food options for the kids.
Breakfast was the only let-down, scrambled eggs were cold and tasted awful, not much choice of fruit. "

"Overall the hotel was ok. The bed was hard and a four poster, which wasn’t very tall, so I had quite a few head bumps. We stayed during the cold snap and the room didn’t have great heating, however reception did provide an additional electric radiator which worked perfectly.
Overall staff were great, parking was easy, it is dog friendly but not all rooms are from what I could gather so you should check in advance if it’s ok.
The restaurant was decent, we had a good meal and my wife really...

"Bon s éjour dans l'ensemble, le petit déjeuner est convenable sans plus. La chambre est tres bien, seul bemol: la salle de bain qui aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement, la cabine de douche est assez petite et la lumière qui se déclenche avec un détecteur de mouvement n'est pas pratique du tout. Mais globalement positive expérience."

"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again.
But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us)
Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

"The staff were very helpful. The room needed some much needed TLC. Marks and stains all on walls. Hot tap in bathroom bath didn’t work.
