"Great efficient place. Clean, great conditions, lots of pools. Rooftop pool s terrific although the pools are very shallow here. Front desk staff were super wonderful and helpful. Loved the location with lots of nearby restaurants, bars and other amenities. Seemed very safe to me. Rented a scooter across the street. Pools on ground floor are long and narrow. Not private but it f you are social they are great. "

For starters, I thought I was booking Central Park Tulum, not "Lagunas" but thats on me and something to double check, as online they look the same.
