"The service was five stars. They are welcome and friendly every step of the way! Location is central and very good. The property didn’t feel 5 stars at all. The carpets really need to be replaced and upgrades in the lobby. If you want luxe, don’t stay here. If you want really great location, service and I’d also mention comfortable bed, stay here. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Félix 10! We spent 3 nights with our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, shower was great, the room had a nice view and all the little amenities from various types of lights to nice European hair dryer and straightener, espresso machines and water and even chocolates to celebrate Easter.
