"The staff were very friendly and accommodating during my stay. The reception desk provided instructions on places to visit in Hanoi as well as assisting in travelling to Sapa. Due to the typhoon at the time, travel to other parts of northern Vietnam were limited however the reception desk were able to contact the bus agency to determine the conditions to Sapa. Would book again!"

"If not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this. "

"The staff at this hotel were the best we experienced when travelling Vietnam, very attentive and informative throughout our stay. The breakfast options were very varied and all homemade. The staff even arranged for a gluten free waffle to be made for one of our party. The staff is conveniently located within the Old Quarter, right next to Hoan Kien Lake. Cannot recommend more highly.
