"Conveniently located close to everything. Rooms where very comfortable and great value. We stayed on 2 different bookings, and we would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was amazing the rooms were very comfortable.
The first time we stayed in an executive room and it was very nice and spacious with a large bathroom and the second stay we booked the same room but when we arrived at 3 am on the morning of our booking the staff went above and beyond and offered us a standard room at no extra cost (again we were way early for our booking). The standard room was obviously smaller but just as comfortable for the 2 of us. The bathroom did not have a bathtub but the shower was big, they offered to move all of our belongings g to our originally booked room but we declined because we were just fine. For that exchange without us asking for anything in return they offered us a free transfer to the airport. Things that they do not need to do but the staff just kept impressing us with their attentiveness specially Angela and Anna. It was the small things that they did for us that made this stay exceptional and very comfortable. I could go on about the entire staff and wished I remembered all of their name so I can mention all of them. Breakfast staff was also very attentive.
Thank you very much Hanoi Lotus hotel staff for making our stay unforgettable."
"It was easy to book transfer from airport since we were getting there late. The hotel is in a small alley, and they guide us in from our taxi. The instruction were very clear. The room was good with a small balcony, letting the light goes in the room. Beer was cold and cheap. The breakfast was in another building very close. You can order eggs or soup. Overall very good for Hanoi. The hotel is not in the old quarters but I found this to be a better place since the alley around are very nice."
"I had a fantastic experience staying here!
The room was spacious, clean, and airy, with modern amenities that made it very comfortable and relaxing.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming and professional.
Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including both local Vietnamese dishes and Western choices – perfect for any taste.
One of the highlights of my stay was the tour organized by the hotel. Everything was well-planned, the guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable."
"The staff in this hotel are the friendliest staff I have met on my travels. They go above and beyond for everything for us. They were so polite and extremely helpful. The rooms we had were beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us arrange amazing transportation back to the airport. They arranged the cruise for us to ha long bay and while we were there kept our extra luggage we couldn’t bring with us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
