"Rooms very clean & fresh; the Cleaners should be highly recommended; however, some of the general staff both in reception & restaurant needed a bit of training especially in customer service. I should say though George from the restaurant was very helpful. Directions to the pool & facilities were a bit hard to manoeuvre. "

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Lovely Clean spacious room great for a lovely weekend away. The room did feel a bit dark (I think that's mainly because we were opposite the car park) did not bother us as it was a short trip ! "

"Great hotel, clean, great service and great breakfast. On the quieter side of town, 5/10 minute walk into Deansgate, Station and multiple bus routes from hotel. Hotel has an Italian restaurant and food was good. There are local bars and restarts I. The near vicinity. Would recommend "

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. Bed was too soft for me. I ordered room service for breakfast once, and was disappointed as it came in a paper bowl and...

"Amazing experience! I guess it’s the first time that actually the hotel photos make justice to the real thing. I would definitely return in my next visit to Manchester. The only thing that need to level up is the variety and a quality of the breakfast menu."
