"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent greating by the valet, the young man with longer hair was great. The check in process was easy. The two women at front desk were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The only issues...WI-FI spotty so smart tvs buffered, there was loud banging near my room on 17th floor. Otherwise, the stay was good overall. "

"Management is terrible. Our a/c wasn’t working upon check-in. They tried to have it fixed never got fixed. Then proceed to say that they were unable to move us into another room due to 3rd party booking bs. They eventually moved us into another room after two failed attempts to repair a/c. The second room was in deteriorating condition as well. I will not recommend until costumer service is improved."

"Stunning place to stay. So much history. The area where the mansion is located is beautiful. The room was nice, the bed was super comfy, hotel staff are fantastic and very eager to help. Breakfast was delicious with many things to choose from. We were even able to order off the menu. We had an issue with the heat, but it was promptly taken care of. We would most definitely stay there again."

"Great location, clean, nice view, easy access to main places in downtown I loved that they have a room for kids with toys and a little kitchen, my kids enjoyed so much having everything that they needed for a couple nights. Parking is an additional cost. "
