The hotel's self-parking option ended up being incredibly convenient, with an easy, direct path from the garage to the elevator and my room. "The first room we were assigned smelled bad and was dirty. On another day, housekeeping left a bag of trash in our room. The lobby didn’t have air conditioning, which made it really uncomfortable since it was over 100°F outside. Breakfast was also disappointing. They didn’t have enough staff, and by 8:00 a.m. they had already run out of plates and silverware. Overall, our experience was very disappointing."

"Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was nice. Easy location and parking. Perfect distance to the Spectrum Center. Cons - room smelled like smoke and our key cards kept deactivating even the digital key. Not able to sit on the upper deck it stayed locked which was disappointing."

"The property was located directly across the street from the venue we were going to. The rooms were perfect, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was a little noise from outside but nothing that would prevent you from a good night's sleep. And having a restaurant inside the hotel was amazing. Would definitely stay again."
