"Really nice hotel, check in was quick and efficient. They allowed me to check in early without any fuss. Lobby itself has a coffee shop and a bar which is nice. The regular rooms are of a good size, beds are comfy. TV allows you to connect your phone to it, which is great as many hotels restrict this. Plenty of teas and coffees in the room. The only real downside I found during my stay was the shower head didn’t want to stay central and would’ve liked a little more heat from the shower....
"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable."
"As checking in they told me about a refurbishment happening but overall the room I was staying in was really great. Staff was overall great and the hotel was good. Everything is nearby like bullring was a 10 minute walk. I will come back once the refurb is finished. The only issue I had was 1 of the night unsure of her name but the girl on nights had a grey hair bonnet on which I found very unprofessional then later on the night she began to sleep on the counter. Other than this all the staff...

"2nd visit to hotel, the first was not great but this one was outstanding, the service was fantastic, the room is beautiful (some tired areas but kind of adds to the character). I had a suite and i am so glad I did, the rooms were large and had everything you need. However it was the check in experience that stands out, the 2 ladys on check in could not do enough for people.
