"Property is great and close to Times Square. The room was large and very clean and the bed was super comfy. There was no street noise which is a big plus! The only complaint which others have mentioned too is that the shower water leaks into the bathroom since there is no barrier stopping the flow of water. Otherwise it was perfect. "Loved the location! Right across from a parking garage, within walking distance to Rockefeller and Times Square, lots of dining and shopping options nearby!

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
