"The biggest issue we had was the cost of the room and the actual worth of said room. We had room 1414, was supposed to be panoramic views of the city. Instead, we got to look into the adjacent building and all the apartments or rooms that people occupied. there was a major privacy concern, and we kept the blinds closed most of the time. Mainly because we knew if we could see them naked then they could definitely see us. aside from this the cleaning was sometimes good sometimes bad, very inconsistent. the balcony wasn't truly a balcony had 3 walls on it and sat back so no view at all but that giant white building. An, our two rooms had large floor to ceiling windows that looked into one another, so felt more like redlight district than anything else... at a cost well over 3k US dollars id stay somewhere else or don't pay for the 2 room panoramic views of 1414"

"Great hotel as a solo traveller. Booked as i was seeing a show up in the town. Location was amazing and the walls are sound proof so i slept like a baby! The breakfast looked amazing but i didn't purchase as the night before I bought myself some fresh croissants, juice and fruit from Sainburys across the road so i could have breakfast in bed! The hotel did provide coffee, tea and a kettle so it was perfect for what i needed. The bed was super comfy and the TV was great. Although i couldn't pair it with my phone which was a bit frustrating. But not a deal breaker. The only downside to my whole experience was the lady who was initially at the check in desk when i arrived. Check in wasn't until 3 but i had contacted the property to ask if an earlier check in was at all possible as the show i was seeing was starting at 2.30pm. The night manager was so helpful and explained if my room was ready i could check in early, and if it wasn't they could keep my bags safely for me. When i arrived and asked if this would be possible the lady at the front desk told me there would be a £10 early check in fee. I showed her the email I'd had from the night manager and she very quickly changed her tune and said there wouldn't be a charge. I felt like she was trying to get extra money from me for her own benefit as i had not seen anywhere else about an early check in fee. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be back next time i come up to town. Location was perfect. Room was immaculate!"

"Great location! Close to restaurants, metro station and attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, always opening door to greet customers. Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. We were able to check in earlier than expected which is always appreciated! "

"The room was clean and welcoming, the bathroom was also very clean with lots of towels. Greatly appreciated the use of dressing gowns and slippers. If required a hairdryer and iron were supplied. Breakfast was plentiful and you are able to serve yourself with as much or little as you required."

"Wonderfully situated for both Theatre and Tube access, a few minutes from Covent Garden and plenty of places to eat, although the hotel also has its own restaurant and bars.9999 The room was clean , but smaller than expected for a Superior Twin. The bathroom was adequate with large shower, but adjusting shower height was a little bit of a problem for a shorter person. Customer service was excellent and they dealt quickly with a problem with the bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate adequate, it offered a large range of both Continental and English choices, I ate from both. The staff were very professional and there were plenty around if you needed anything. The only negative was the lift service, it was very slow and on more than one occasion there were more than one lift out of operation. Not a problem depending which floor you occupied. I have stayed here previously and would definitely repeat my stay. "

"Adults" are not considered 17 and over, but rather 12 and over so as soon as I got there, I was asked to pay extra for my 15-year-old. The early check in fee at 2pm was also charged despite the claim that no additional charges would apply if the room was ready, which it was. The room itself was nice enough but one can easily see through the clouded glass to watch everyone go to the bathroom and take a shower - unacceptable. "
