"Hotel property seems on the older side, but clean. In-room washer/dryer greatly appreciated. Some staff were not very proficient in English. No daily cleaning unless you pay extra; otherwise just garbage and towel service -- if you request it."

"Clean hotel with lovely staff, a nice (uncrowded) gym, and convenient subway access. Beds are comfortable, lighting is great, and outlets are well placed. Breakfast was good but can get busy. The main drawback is the room layout. Storage is limited and poorly ventilated—there’s just one shelf and a small drawer in the closet, and opening the doors blocks the walkway. Shelving above the fridge is unusable due to fixed decor, and the safe is too small for a laptop. Towel space is also limited for two people, especially in humid or rainy conditions, and entryway hooks don’t get much airflow. There is a luggage rack, but no practical place to use it. The large balcony is also underutilized, with minimal furniture. Suggestions: remove closet doors to improve airflow and open up the space, add a full-size safe (e.g., above the fridge), clear usable shelving, and add more towel bars or better drying options. Alternatively, make better use of the balcony space—or even consider integrating part of it into the room."

"The only minus was that my room overlooked a spot which had a weird smell and I had to keep my window closed. Otherwise the standard is pretty much dormy inn. They have also reduced the range of amenities. No tea bags!"

"A rip-off! There’s no other way to describe the experienced. Paid $96K Yen (~$600 dls) for one night and the room was okish, but the washroom was in the middle of the room, and I had to wait 30min to check-in, and all we had was 2 waters - everything else was extra. The AC made a lot of noise. "

"Great location, had plenty to do and see in the area. Within easy reach of transport. Fresh towels every day and bins emptied, housekeeping every 3 days unless you request more, this worked for us. We didnt eat at tge hotel as we preferred to eat and experience all the local foods. "
