"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were always excellent. We particularly enjoyed visiting the rooftop (terrace) bar, especially during its "happy hour"! Mixed feelings about our room. Although undoubtedly stylish, it was surprisingly dark and we thoroughly disliked the needlessly complex lighting controls. "Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir haben immer draußen gesessen. Man sollte allerdings eine lange Hose tragen,da es sehr viele Mücken gibt. Wir hatten 6 Tage lang keine Fernsehverbindung und auch kein WiFi auf dem Zimmer was natürlich sehr ärgerlich war. Auch ein mehrmaliges Auffordern hat nichts gebracht. "We stayed for our honeymoon in Madeira and loved it! The spa amenities, daily breakfast buffet and of course the views were incredible. We rented a car from the front desk and that process was SO easy and seamless. Parking was free and easy.
