This was our 2nd stay at Intima, meticulous grounds, friendly staff, nice pool bar, good food. If I had a complaint it would be that the pool is pretty cold.

My stay here at the intima was lovely. I really enjoyed the beautiful rooms and cleanliness of the resort. Betsie was so helpful and nesto the bar tender became our good friend. My only issue was the 2 white ladies who complained on all the guest there because they own some of the condo’s on this resort.

it's a very small resort... very quiet. walking distance to downtown. when you first arrive it's a little off putting because the resort is in what appears to be a poorer neighborhood. once inside the resort... everything is perfect. i walked the neighborhood several times and felt safe.

Great stay exploring Tulum

My stay was great I couldn’t have asked for better. It’s off season but the room accommodations are a 10/10. The front desk staff was amazing on booking my tours and restaurants. Thank you Betsy.

The staff at the hotel really did everything they could to make you enjoy your stay. The location is tucked away but still close to everything. Only one bar and one restaurant. A little dated but still a great place

Unfortunately we encountered a empty property our room the ac and hot weather weren’t working after that unfortunate event they made up to us offering a complementary night! The bar service was outstanding the drinks and the food Nestor and chef Jorge where the best part of our stay. I have to point out the prices of the drinks and food are expensive but the food quality was great. Thank you Eden for taking the time this morning to apologize for the inconvenience we would go back soon!!!

The best hotel ever

Staff was friendly and amazing food was awesome.. can’t wait to go back.. Only thing I wish Is that the pool was heated so we could actually use it and that they had more food items...

The bar/restaurant service was very good for such a small resort; it was located close enough to shopping and restaurants. Very nice boutique clothing optional resort.

We loved the restaurant, Pools, privacy, staff help. Plenty of bottles of water complementary. What we did not like. No plastic or paper recycling at resort. Very poor WiFi. No pool towels provided. The positives far outweighed the shortcomings.

This is a condo complex that is pretty much empty during the day (and sometimes at night). We were there for 5 nights and In the evening we found it hit and miss. As we are social people this would have been a very boring place to stay if we did not meet people 2 of the 5 nights. Pool was crazy cold day one (even for us Canadians) but slowly warmed up during our stay. Rooms are great, food was good although expensive. Overall I think the place could be great if it wasn't so empty

Very nice rooms, pool area. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and friendly. They had very good English. Food was expensive, but tasty. Noise from neighbouring buildings was tolerable. Resort was very quiet the week we were there.

Unique about this property is the location and boutique appeal. There is an issue of noise that management could not control, construction noise from the welding shop on Calle Palenque. The entire Veleta Area could hear the hammering and clanking of metal. The resort guests were very guiet, no loud music, as were the nights with an average of 3 to 4 couples per night. We didn't eat at the resort ourselves as what they offered wasn't in our diet plans. The breakfast did look good and others said they were fine. The pool was cool as were the hot tubs. With the 3 stories of apartments. The sun is to low in the sky by 4pm. We did arrange a tantra couples massage with Magic Touch by Claudia. This is the only resort she visits. If you haven't had a tantra massage. Claudia is a very good instructor. Even though the outside noise did take away from the beautiful layout and surroundings. This was indeed a very relaxing vacation.

一泊だけしましたが、満足です。 トゥルムのADOターミナルからタクシー5分ぐらいの場所にあり、周りは静かな環境です。 スタッフはフレンドリーですし、部屋も清潔で広く、アメニティが素敵でした。朝ごはんも美味しくとてもリラックスして過ごせました。Wifiはやや弱かったかな。また泊まりたいですね。

The property grounds are well maintained. The resort Itself is beautiful. The location is a little fatter from the main strip with no other resorts really around. The hot water didn’t work in the room. The private jacuzzi in the room also didn’t have a heater so water was cold. The safe didn’t work and the some of the doors in the room on were not able to be locked. The real sort itself is gated with security guards however.
