Absolutely lovely little place would recommend to anyone heading to Tulum to use this property there's a huge beach one side a short walk away and another further up by jaguar park with the myan ruins. Tye first one is closer tho and still has plenty to offer. Loved our stay.

Luis and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Specifically want to shout out Luis who was always available. Our car didn’t start on two different mornings and Luis was always at the ready, offering help immediately. He even went above and beyond and went into town to buy jumper cables and get a truck to help us jumpstart. The reason for minus 1 star is that our blanket smelled used and unwashed. Bedsheets, towels and pillows were perfectly clean. Also as we were a couple this didn’t matter but for friends travelling together, the shower doesn’t have a door or divider so buyer beware. This location is an eco hotel so the water in your room is slightly salted, fresh water is available in the shared kitchen area downstairs. Property was very neat and clean and you have access to a private beach that is shared with 2 other resorts, a very underrated feature.

The sliding door in "Penthouse" is broken which allows bugs of all types including mosquitoes all throightout the room to include the bed. My wife and I are covered in bites from little red bugs all in our room and in our bed. Hair was found all in our bed as well (long strands of it) Absolutely no hot water and the rainfall showerhead is a joke it just pours water from one side and it is all cold. The screens on windows are broken allowing bugs to completely take over the room. They were EVERYWHERE. This definitely was NOT worth the price paid, we could not wait to depart. The place has potential but the pictures especially for the "Penthouse" does not accurately depict the actual condition of that space. Book elswheree and allow them to upgrade and update as needed. There also is no actual beach access, it sits on a cliff where rocks and algae are and the racoons definitely take ocer the property at night so good luck trying to find a chill spot between that and the mosquitos. The staff is amazing though, I can say that.

Todo excelente la ubicación, Ivón muy amable y explicó todo lo necesario para el check, Luis muy servicial y nos explicó lugares para comer y para visitar, siempre atento, gracias! Me encantó el lugar y nuestra habitación se descanza !! Cerca la playa mirador y el restaurant Mateo’s grill enfrente delicioso, personal amable y atento. Enfrente un seven por cualquier cosa que necesites ! El hotel tal cual como las imágenes de la página. Fabuloso,gracias

If it must be Tulum, this a nice place to stay

If you really wanna stay in Tulum Beach it is a good choice. Good location, bars and restaurants around. The pool is small, sun beds are available, neighbouring beach can be used. Rooms have a cool and clean design. Shower is salt water. It is self check in based, what was super easy, bc we got all the info beforehand. The staff we met onsite was very friendly.

Louis the gentleman running the property went above and beyond! So helpful and friendly! This place was amazing and the view was more than we could have imagined! Was quiet, relaxing, peaceful and surpassed anything we could have wanted… we couldn’t recommend this place more- we hope to one day return! Thank you for the experience!

Staff was very attentive and friendly. The setting was extremely nice able to watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning. Great reasonably priced place to stay in Tulúm. Only issue would be lack of water pressure but it wasn’t a big deal to us. Lots of fun things to do within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Fué exactamente lo que buscaba, un lugar hermoso, acogedor, con una vista muy hermosa y rodeado de naturaleza. El servicio fué excelente y con mucho respeto. El precio es razonable y está ubicado en una zona estratégica. Definitivamente y si lugar a dudas volvería a hospedarme en ese mismo hermoso hotel.

Hidden Gem

This is a beautiful little gem hidden between another hotel and a pharmacy. Blink and it’s gone! Once inside you are treated to a comfortable, functional and highly creative living space. Artistic flourishes and pop culture adorn this hotel and it has a stunning view of the ocean. Great, friendly staff who put out a fresh pot of coffee in the morning. Aim for the spacious King bed suite for a dramatic sunrise! The only critique I have is for them to increase the shower water pressure if possible. This was such a great stay!

Loved everything about this place. Amazing decoration, steps to the ocean and the staff is great. Ivo was always helpful. The place is right in the entrance of Hotel Zone between shops, restaurants and boutiques. Will love to come back.
