"I stay here all the time the regular hotel staff at the front desk are great unfortunately one of the clients left something in their room and I went to the front desk to retrieve it. The representative was extremely rude. It took over 45 minutes I had to ask to speak to a manager in order to get the item the manager was unapologetic and seemed to double down on the rudeness, not impressed."

"So we arrived for a trip and planned to stay 3 nights. We got a great deal on flight and hotel and the first couple days the staff went above and beyond and helped us in every way. Unfortunately our last day there things changed. Not a huge fan of the scheduled shuttles to the airport on the hr. Compared to on a need basis. Just an fyi. The hotel is located at the end/start of the main run way and you can hear the planes motors roaring when they start takeoff. Didn’t affect our sleep. Just...

"The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke. "
