"The staff was helpful but only one could speak English. The room was very nice and clean, the bed large and comfortable. The location was a little bit out of the way, none of the tours would pick us up because we’re on the wrong side of the river. Otherwise, everything was great."

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of Hanoi Old Town. Room was relatively small compared to others I had stayed at but I think that's pretty normal for Hanoi. My room was really quiet, despite the location. Bed was super comfy. Staff were absolutely amazing. Sky Bar was gorgeous with lovely views - too cold to try the pool unfortunately! "

You can easily walk to the old quarter and French quarter, which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of decor, but comfortable and have everything you need.
