"The grounds are beautiful, staff was nice, and the units were spacious. Though, they could use a refresh or even a remodel. We had small kids we couldn't let crawl on the floor as a result of how dirty it was."

"Everything was excellent. There was a lot of confusion upon parking and actually finding the hotel and how to check in. This should definitely be explained in detail. We were thankful to find another patron who already figured it out and explained it to us. Had to switch rooms and my keycards were switched to another floor but couldn’t get back to the initial room to retrieve our items. Thankfully my fiance was in the room who brought everything to the lobby to only go back on the elevator to the new room. Keycards only work on the elevator where your room is. "
