"Most of the rooms dont have smart tvs, so was very kindly upgraded. Great service. Prompt house keeping. The manager was lovely. Ordered room service, was a very good roast. Thank you for a great stay. I hope the hotel upgrades the tvs soon. Im booking again in a month lol "
"Great location with shops and pubs. A mix of commercial and nightlife. Easy to get to and fro tourist spots as well as some more chill areas to go out. Would absolutely book again. Only downside was lack of space to unpack, had to live out of our three suitcases."
"Far exceeded my expectations. Amazing room and easy entry. Wish I'd had time to relax on the roof terrace. Great little touches - tooth brushes and paste in case someone had forgotten, bottled water, fan running when I entered. Plenty of comfortable furniture. But the boutique decor was out of this world! I just hope that there will be a vacancy when I am next in the area."

The station was nearby as well, and there were already restaurants attached as well which made getting food very convenient when we were in a rush! "We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
