"We really loved it here! The staff was great, the 2 bedroom villa was clean, modern and updated. We ate at two of the restaurants. One was the Barbecue shack on River island and that was excellent and the Paisan Pizzeria had great pizza. There are so many activities to do. The pools are great but they were pretty crowded due to the holiday. We went to two of the arcades on the property and had fun there. We rented a pontoon boat which was expensive but a blast on the lake. We would definitely...

"Expedia or Disney messed up my reservation, first when I got to the hotel . They only had one room ready and didn’t have the confirmation for the second room that was supposed to be connecting. When the second room was available after an hour with Expedia and Disney. They put us in two separate rooms when we had specifically asked for connecting rooms. We also asked for a quiet section of the hotel and was placed in front of the pools where it was loud ..Also the AC in my room was not working in...
