"Room was dirty with bloody sheets, stains on the towels, and clogged sink. Not the best first impression but everything else was ok. Got there Monday late evening and two of the staff were just rude or having a bad day. Nothing what I expected from this place."

"The two bedroom chalet on the golf course was excellent and close to the entrance, registration and swimming pools. The golf courses were immaculate although the sprinklers sprayed everywhere and were not set up as well as they could have been. The care for the whole complex is excellent but some of the spas needed maintenance as they did not work properly. There is easy access to the Disney parks and many value for money shops. The restaurants in the area were excellent and also provided meals...

"The stay was good; my only issue was the laundry—the washers and dryers on the 4th floor of building 5400 were in very poor condition and didn't work properly. The staff and service were excellent, everything was very clean, and the text-based support system works very well and quickly. Thank you; I recommend the resort 100% and will definitely be back.
