"A great property. Everything we asked for was fobe without question. There is no kettle in the room, but as soon as we asked for one it was bought up. Room serviced daily. Doorman was lovely and friendly, even in the heat. Happily stored our luggage when we arrived early and when we checked out and carried on exploring the ciry before our 5pm pickup. Only criticism was the niose from the roof terrace the last night. And the bathroom shower could do with re sealing. But overall was a great...

"Welcoming staff and good facilities. Close to the 96th street subway station making travel around the city easy. Somewhat close to Central Park. Overall a good hotel."

"we had a great stay, although it was only overnight, we were able to travel into the city comfortably, get ready for the show at the beacon theatre, and go back to the room to unwind after. They had a great restaurant on the corner (Viand Café), and just a good time."

"The stay is great - one suggestion is to pls cancel the luggage fee - your hotel is decent - and a decent hotel doesn’t charge fees for helping your clients to check their luggage for a little bit before or after the time they are check in or check out. Otherwise I would have have really enjoyed the stay. "
