"It is a fantastic place in a great location. Upon entry, we were impressed; obviously we had made a great choice. The house was clean & freshly prepared. We were there to ride the Flying Scotsman, so parking was not an issue & it was a 2-minute walk from the station (up a cobble path). The village has more than we realized. The Co-op closes at 4PM. "Wonderful cottage close to Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Really cosy, spacious property great for families. Lovely log burner for winter nights. In a picturesque hamlet that is a 10 minute drive to the centre of Whitby. Wonderful views from the kitchen and great for star gazing from the skylight on the third floor. "

"Cottage was very cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. Had some lovely little touches (look out for the carved mice!) and was in a great location. Walks to Whitby and Scarborough along the cinder track just 5 mins from the door. Good wifi, good sized TV and unlike many holiday 'cottages' this one actually looked like a cottage. Quaint and full of character."
