"It was nice experience we got a new room with falls view. But I had to pay extra to upgrade my room. I already bought a falls view room, but it seems that view had some interruptions as advised by check-in lady. I just think that this kind of hotels anticipate some additional charges for upgrade always. so keep that in mind, but you don’t need to upgrade if you don’t have to. They charge me $70 for an upgrade. But the room was having a nice big window with all view for all the falls including the rainbow bridge."

"Subha is very friendly, cooperative, responsive and respectful. She resolved all my issues in no time with a big smile on her face. She has the real customer service attitude in hospitality business. The room was clean, quiet and AC working."

"Me and my wife booked here for our anniversary trip. And I must say, it was the right call. Location was good, it wasn’t too far away from the main strip of Niagara Falls Falls, (about 4 blocks away). So it was still in walking distance, which was nice. They have free parking at the property, which is nice, so you can keep your car there if you want to walk. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They always kept the rooms, nice and clean, and Rosanna was there to make us breakfast every morning. She was very nice and professional. The rooms were comfortable, and everything was very organized. When we decide to return to Niagara, we’ll definitely look at this place again."
