"Don’t use the valet, they will damage your car! I paid 75$ for valet parking and they damaged my bumper! Definitely not worth 450$ a night! Also the hot tub handle was broken ."

"Breakfast plentiful aamd lots of options. Pool looked clean but we did use. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom tired looking but clean. Room very hot, had to open the balcony door for air to cool it off but we had to close it several times for all the smokers on other balconies blowing smoke in the room. 😞"

"I rate the room I had at this hotel as below average. It was an outside hotel room and not located in the main hotel. The tap in the washroom was very loose and ready to separate from the cabinet it was attached too. The bath tub caulking down the side was separating from the tub for about 1.5 feet and their was a dark substance underneath the loose caulking. The main outside door latch was very loose and definitely requires maintenance. The drapes to the main window did not close tightly as the bottom section of velcro was missing from the drape so we used a hair clip to keep it closed.There are many tiny holes in this drape and it should be replaced. Otherwise the room was clean and these items should be picked up on a maintenance inspection and not the responsibility of the cleaning people. I passed my issues on to the maintenance man and hopefully they get attention. It should not be a Renter who has to point these issues out and I am sure most Renters do not. In fairness I booked through Expedia the same day and this is probably one of the last rooms to be rented. I will not book with this hotel again as the price I paid for this room is not justified. The Office and the lobby and the room where continental breakfast was located were all clearly renovated and well done. Cheers. "
