"The hotel is very clean and perfect for a short stay, particularly well located for anything happening at the university. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need. There was a university event going on the first night and from the first floor you could still hear quite a bit of noise, but it didn't go on past midnight. The cost is high for the hotel and that was without including breakfast so it was a bit pricey for what you are getting."

"We checked in for two nights and dispite having a few hiccups with the room and the restaurant bill the staff were lovely very friendly and polite and extremely efficient. Our problems were solved straight away with no issues. The pool was lovely and warm but did get a bit crowded at times with children but the morning was quite. It might be an idea to have times for members to swim separately to guest that way everyone gets a chance to swim.The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the...

"I had room 233.. sadly the road outside is busy all through the night. I can normally sleep through anything but sadly not this. Eventually got to sleep at 3.30am after trying ideas to block out noise. Shame really as the hotel and staff are lovely."

"I stayed here for one night as was attending a concert at BP pulse which is walking distance. Staff was friendly, really liked the lounge area, breakfast had a good variety. Rooms were good enough, perhaps could have been a little bit longer (I am 6 foot 3!) but overall, an excellent stay with no complaints. Good value for money, and would definitely recommend this hotel if anyone had to go somewhere near by i.e. Birmingham Airport, BP pulse or NEC "
