The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation."

"The resort was very nice! Rooms are newly renovated and the staff was very kind. The pools were clean and there’s a pool every 20 feet it felt like which was awesome! Some opportunities they had was they did not have enough bar tenders at each bar so you would have to wait sometimes for 20 to 30 minutes for a drink. One bar tender for 25 people didn’t make sense at all! It just seemed that they were short handed across the entire resort. Another thing I would say was the shuttle service was every 10 minutes and if you missed the shuttle you would need to wait 15 to 20 min for the next one to take you to the lobby or back to your room. I would recommend having multiple shuttles come and going at the same time to limit wait times and make the experience better. Last thing that is very important, the restaurants at the property have a 48 hour wait time before you can reserve them. So for the first two days of your stay you can’t book at a restaurant which I’ve never heard of and I’ve stayed a multiple resorts in Mexico."

"Great personnel, great ammenities and intertainment program - especially the Foam Party on Saturdays! The only slightly negative thing is the quality of in-house wines (included in the all-inclusive plan) which weren't of a good quality, but it wasn't critical. The great word on the draft beers served at all bars and restaurants in this hotel!"

"This resort has excellent food. The rooms are clean, cold, and very nice with comfortable beds. One thing we especially enjoyed was all of the entertainment. It was so much fun hanging out at the main pool during the day and the nightly shows were amazing as well as the bands and DJ that performed after."

"Great food, excellent amenities, and an exceptionally clean resort. Every inch of the property is impeccably maintained, making for a very enjoyable stay. My only complaint is the transportation between the resorts. Getting to and from the other properties from the Palace is extremely difficult and not very convenient. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it."
