"This is my second Hotel Indigo stay, the last was in Edinburgh for 7 days as well. As a tourist who likes to walk and take in every possible sight, the location in the city center , could not have been better. In addition , it was surrounded by small restaurants offering almost every ethnic food one could think of, as well as many countless traditional pubs. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning, and everything from special coffees, continental breakfast along with the English...

"Was the perfect place to stay for a group of 4 all being able to have our own bed in the same room! Room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was lovely. Pillows and beds etc were super comfy. The staff were so accommodating and let us go in the hot tub even though we arrived quite late in the evening. They do turn the temp down though so it was a bit cooler than usual but we still appreciated it! Breakfast was nice and made fresh to everyone’s taste and what they wanted. Was walking distance...

"Good central spot to stay within easy walking distance to shopping area, the Shambles, the City Wall, Clifford Tower and York Minster. Nice pastries for breakfast. Parking available at the hotel and having a kitchen and free laundry facilities was a welcome addition. "
