"Everything about this place is amazing. Location couldn’t be better with a bus stop right in front. The room was cozy with lots of personal touches, tea, sugar, milk, and coffee. Morning breakfast was fresh, healthy, and amazingly good. One of the highlights of London."

"The Dorset Hotel was beautifully styled and staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. The only issue was the size of the rooms. I’d definitely upgrade. Unfortunately I think the hotel may have a damp problem as the rooms did have a musty smell. Maybe in the summer it will be better. "

"Very clean. Parts of the hotel are under construction and our view was of scaffolding but it was just a place to lay our heads. Amazing location as it’s close to restaurants and stores. Felt like a new property, everything was very clean and staff was very helpful. Rooms are small but beds are very comfy. We all had several nights of good sleep."

"I never felt unsafe in a hotel before. On our first day an employee or contractor of the hotel entered our room while we were watching TV. No knock, just entered. He was still in his white painters outfit. We yelled for him to get out and he did. We called the hotel desk and the hotel claims no one ever entered our room. Later that same night after we were in bed the front desk called saying someone was coming to our room to pick up a small bag left in the bathroom. At first the hotel...

"An older property, but essentials were good enough. Bed comfortable and I liked the larger towels. Quiet, but convenient location. Could have used some bedside lamps. Also could offer hair conditioner and add a fitness center. A little tight quarters between the toilet and the sink. Housekeeping cleaned the bathroom well each day, but the bottom of the door needed a little repainting I think. "

"Convenient location yet quiet (for London). No elevator but staff was very helpful carrying my bag up to my third floor room. Staff also call a taxi for me when I left to go to Paddington station. Will stay here again next time I’m in London"
