Hotel Murah di Zama

"Cons: Unfortunately I am only giving two stars. There is no main pool, it’s under construction and empty. Theres a large tarp over the area where the pool is supposed to be. The website and the amenities are not updated and do not reflect the fact that there is no main pool available. I felt scammed. The rooms and bathrooms definitely need a deep cleaning and did not look like the penthouse rooms in the photos. Dishes were dusty, ceiling fans were dusty, there were dead roaches in the sliding...

"The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead. They conveniently dropped the moped off directly at the hotel and picked it up before our departure, which made everything super easy. The hotel is located on a strip with several other...

"The room was beautiful. I loved our private little pool. The hotel isn’t very convenient if you don’t have a car. Taxis can get very pricey without one. The shared hotel pool is very nice too. I would stay here again if I have a car rental to get to the hotel zone area."

"Breakfast was fresh but very late every morning. It started after 8am, i had trips planned and needed to leave early on fee days but there was no breakfast. I tried looking around the property but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Also, apparently there was a waterfall but they didn’t turn it on until my last day of trip. They also tried to put me in a different room than the one I booked ( Orchid Suite). I has to ask them about it and then they moved me."

"Great amenities and close to beach/supermarket Most communication thru Expedia portal went unanswered. Recommend direct communication with hotel staff by phone. Lovely pool and roof deck. No hot water in kitchen sink went unaddressed for entire stay. Very basic kitchen setup. "

"Everyone was so pleasant! The breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt and some additional items were delicious. I enjoyed the social hour and took the opportunity to talk to a couple of people. Jose and another concierge made perfect recommendations for excursions."

"Loved everything about this stay. The hotel feels fresh, youthful, and vibrant. The rooms are compact but super smart and clean, with great tech. The rooftop pool area is stunning and a fantastic place to unwind. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. An absolute gem of a hotel if you appreciate smart design and a great atmosphere!"

"I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot"

"Went on a girls trip to truly disconnect from reality, and I can honestly say this place hit every single spot we needed. Beautiful and peaceful. All you heard were the birds . Also loved that you could use the bikes to get around!! "
