"We just got back from Riu Cancun. My wife and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary along with our 10 month old baby! Bety at the front desk was very helpful and recommended the best floor and side of the resort to stay in. After approximately 2.5 hrs of wait, we finally got our room on the 7th floor (room 720). We loved the unobstructed view of the blue ocean waters and the pool. Our 10 month old daughter loved the pool. My wife and i enjoyed the balcony views, pool, and the beach. We also like the fact that it's only a 10 minute walk to the nightlife. We had sun during our 4 day with no rain and saw amazing sunrises and sunsets. We definitely recommended this hotel. We look forward to going back."
