"Great hotel, great professional staff and delicious breakfast buffet. The parking situation is not optimal. The place that says hotel parking is not hotel parking. It's just parking that is next to the hotel. Everytime you leave and come back you have to pay for a full day or parking. ...come and to 3 times...pay for 3 days worth or parking."

They were so helpful assisting us in finding places in the city and ordering us a cab to the airport. They even followed up to make sure the cab arrived with plenty of time. "Nice property, rooms could use a little upgrades , tv didn’t work , sofa bed was horrible, little bathroom amenities. Had an 8am knock on the door to clean , that was nice to wake up to . Very noisy, construction right outside , doors slamming and our room was next to the elevator and ice machine . Was told we couldn’t switch rooms . Unbelievably expensive valet car parking, should have detailed the car for the price , absolutely ridiculous."

"This hotel was so convenient. We went to a show at the spectrum and Will right across the street from the spectrum. The only thing that I didn’t like was being at the hotel was a little bit more expensive. The breakfast was not free. We had to pay extra for the breakfast, other than that it was perfect"
