"I’ve stayed here 2-3 times and will continue my only ask is can the guest get a better price for parking $40/nightly is beyond me. Staff is friendly and rooms have been cleaned thus far."

"Nice hotel in the lobby area However rooms are showing age. Paint peeling furniture showing use and ice makers on your floor don’t work. Definitely needs updating and carpets need replacing. I was expecting a much nicer,cleaner plusher room for the rate paid. As a Bonvey member I couldn’t recommend the Westin in Charlotte NC"

"The staff were so welcoming. we were able to check in a bit early and we appreciated that. the room was perfect and i especially loved the balcony i could step out onto for morning coffee. the breakfast was excellent and the waiter was so polite and working hard to make everyone feel attended to during the morning rush. we took a walk around the beautiful neighborhood after breakfast. i would absolutely stay here again."
