It's just parking that is next to the hotel. Everytime you leave and come back you have to pay for a full day or parking. ...come and to 3 times...pay for 3 days worth or parking."

"the staff manning the registration/check in area were great. Unfortunately the hotel didn't have rooms ready well past the check in time and there were many unhappy people crowding the reception area. I guess they need more staff to clean the rooms as they were fully booked."

They were so helpful assisting us in finding places in the city and ordering us a cab to the airport. They even followed up to make sure the cab arrived with plenty of time. "Nice property, rooms could use a little upgrades , tv didn’t work , sofa bed was horrible, little bathroom amenities. Had an 8am knock on the door to clean , that was nice to wake up to . Very noisy, construction right outside , doors slamming and our room was next to the elevator and ice machine . Was told we couldn’t switch rooms . Unbelievably expensive valet car parking, should have detailed the car for the price , absolutely ridiculous."
