"Every was nice and tightly"

"Shower head barely worked. Took forever for hot water. Fridge 1 didn't work. Fridge 2 didn't work. Finally fridge 3 worked, after having the replacements delivered twice. Phone didn't work so couldn't even call reception for help with these issues - had to speak to cleaning staff whenever they were around. Shower floor had grime all over it and it was visibly dark and dirty, which you could feel with your feet. Had to wear sandals in the shower. Peoples hair around sink, bathroom floor, on fresh sheets. Wasn't able to select TV channels whatsoever one night. Overall pretty terrible experience. Was enough to shower and sleep, but I've stayed in grungy cheap hostels in 3rd world countries that were better than this. Embarrassing."

"Beautiful, clean, excellent food options, stores. Staff was well trained hospitable, helpful and friendly. Smoke was nearly unnoticeable. It's perfect for a resort feel stay. "

"I was really impressed with the convenient amenities. From online check in with key card machines, to the texting assistant. We needed a few different things for our room and after texting with our assistant about our needs, someone was up to our room within 10-15 minutes every time. Very great service! The room was mostly clean, just noticed a few things that were overlooked by housekeeping staff, nothing crazy. Our duvet was stained up and didn’t look very appeasing, but we just texted and requested a new one, and our needs were met promptly & efficiently. The only real complaints I’d have is that the air conditioner was very noisy, and sounded like it was about to give out at any time, and the towels could definitely use an upgrade, as some were fraying and very scratchy."

"It was an ok experience, Great View for an extra $70 (fountain view) the room wasn't dirty but there was some left over food in the fridge from previous guests we called the front desk but all they did was clean it (no apology) I wouldn't book again"

"The room we got was a decent size however the television would work intermittently and the toilet would make bubbling noise. But the worse part of it all was that upon checking in, the front desk asks me how many rooms did I book, I say one and then she asks if I read the fine print of Expedia when booking. I say no, she then tells me that due to how we booked with Expedia that Sahara gets to choose the room and because a convention is happening along with a festival occurring. They had no two bed rooms. She then offers a suite which came out to be roughly 1100 EXTRA but that it would provide more space however it still would only be a one bedroom situation. After declining, she tells me they have a junior suite but it’s not as big as the suite but still more space. Still a one bedroom situation. It was an extra 500(resort fees included) we take it but I think that it is insane to think that 4 adults can book a room and Sahara thinks that 4 adults could sleep in one king bed."

"I love this hotel! The pool is cute, it’s close to the fashion mall, you can walk over the Venetian. Love it."
