"Very cozy and relaxing! The room itself very clean and felt like a little cabin, had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen! We had a water view and it was just so beautiful and we spent some time right outside our room on the big deck just listening to the water and ducks/geese pass by. "Room was not up to date, bath exhaust fan not working, light bulbs out, old sucker sticks in drawers, outside lights didn’t work. Their policy on housekeeping is “Upon Request”. We stayed 4 nights. Asked for housekeeping after the 2nd night…no service. Asked again after the third night…nothing. Staff apologized…I blame the ownership. Staff up! Especially for special events like JazzFest. We will not return."
