"Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online. The property is on a quite street in the city mile. I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch. The room I had was set away from others so it was private and quiet. The bed is really comfy. As with the entire property, it is tastefully decorated throughout. "The room, the staff, the attention to my concerns. The management and I had a very good conversation regarding a matter and they were patient, kind and understanding. Breakfast and the sitting area was delicious and aesthetically pleasing. This is in the business district so the weekends are slow in the area but there are nice bars to find."
