The building, the decor, the ambiance, the staff were all so polite and friendly and super helpful and efficient, the food, the cocktails (very strong!), the room was spacious and beautifully decorated and filled with everything you could possibly need during your stay…bed and bedding very comfortable, the bars (The Vault Bar is amazing)!! The cleanlines of the hotel is second to none…..the only negative thing is I didn’t get time to use the Spa facilities and pool so I guess I’ll just have to go back another time! "
