"I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day. "The pools were beautiful and not over crowded. The beach was disappointing with seaweed. The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Brandol answered any questions I had at anytime I asked. He took great care of us to make sure we had what we needed. We did have a problem with our first room with moisture on floors and our clothes got damp too. We were given another room and it worked out. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again in a different season when there is NO seaweed!!...

"El servicio al cliente de los meseros fue malo, ya que ellos no atendían a tienpo o se quejaban y lo hacían saber. El personal en varias ocaciones lo escuchamos discutiendo con otros empleados. La calidad de los jugos muy baja, sabia a jugos de sobres de colmados, en ls habitacion se le olvidó la toalla al momento de cambiar las sábanas."

"I think there needs to be more land food options at the restaurants. I feel as though most of the options were seafood related. That is really my only complaint!"

"Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff."

"One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel."

"The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was great. We stayed at The Level and enjoyed the experience very much. They also offered great entertainment every night for the family, which was something we looked forward to every evening during our stay."
