"Nice hotel with dining options in the hotel lobby. That was a bonus. The only disappointment I had was that it stated there was a shuttle to Universal Studios and being out of town. I didn’t realize that that did not include all of the different areas of universal. We had tickets to epic universe, which is part of universal, but the shuttle did not go there. I feel like that needs to be stated on their website for people who are out of town and do not know."
