Detailed check in, spotless and well equipped villa with own pool. Great restaurant with great views over the bay. Staff super helpful.

One of the hest hotels ive ever stayed in. With a private outdoor pool and a fantasic service, this hotel is a dream resort!! From the room, cleanliness, facilities, restaurants etc. Every aspect was like out of a movie - stunning. Watching the sunset everyday on the beach, its been 10/10!! And a huge thanks to Dwi from the restaurant staff for making our holiday extra special.

Really well run, delightful hotel. All the staff were fabulously friendly and efficient - from the front desk to the waiting staff to the gardeners and cleaners. A joy to be around - can't praise them highly enough. Spacious rooms extremely well designed and decorated and bed super-comfortable. Good strong shower in sheltered outdoor area off the bathroom. The views are beautiful and the grounds beautifully maintained- the whole place looks very pretty, especially at night. Food delicious and...

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had the most enjoyable and relaxing time. The staff (in particular Ayu) were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Pool is great, beach is ok (continuously cleaned). Breakfast was generous and varied. The lunch and dinner menus offered a wide choice and good value for money; the Saturday night BBQ is well worth it. Only a 10 minute / 20 IDR drive in taxi to Senggigi and an hours drive to Bangsal for the Gilis, or the Airport. All in all a...

Very good overall if you are looking to stay near Mataram

A haze-free trip!! Lombok was totally unaffected by the recent haze that has been affecting the whole region. For a start, Sudamala has provided an excellent service for our honeymoon trip! Special thanks to Sudamala staffs, Zul and Taufik for both fetching and driving us from and to Lombok International Airport. They're pleasant, energetic and very well-versed with the island's history and background. Willing to speak and very patient with all our conversation and queries. :) Scooter c/w...

The Puri Mas Beach Resort is a collection of secluded luxury cabins set in an exotic garden landscape beside the ocean. With the emphasis on relaxation, breakfast is served until mid morning, there are no TVs and the pool is infinite. At the end of the day, you can watch the red sun sink in a blaze of colour across the pool and behind the island silhouette of Bali. Listen to the waves lapping on the shore while you sip your pineapple cocktail and wait while the restaurant staff prepare your...

One of the most beautifully build hotel with private beach! Excellent hospitality and food to die for !

A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good.

Very clean Polite staff Excellent food

Luxury in gili air

10/10 - we loved our 6 night stay. Everything was perfect!

I had just come back to my room from a run when the earthquake hit. Although I had experienced earthquakes in Indonesia before—including the Bantul earthquake in 2006 that killed 5,700 people—this time, the shaking was so strong that I felt like being lifted into the air before being thrown violently to the ground. The earthquake in August 2018 destroyed most of the lobby and the roofs of several buildings had collapsed. Handbags, shoes and clothes were strewn across the lawn. Despite the...
