I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "The room was very tiny but for one person and one night it did its job. It was a bit annoying being in the 6th floor with a lot of heavy luggage as there were a few stairs to navigate and the lift was slow. The AC worked great and the duvet and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly."

"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."
