"Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!"

"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "

"I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day. Service throughout the stay was very good and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. The only downside was that there was really only one beachfront restaurant option nearby, Jellyfish Restaurant. "Man, I was super skeptical about coming alone, and honestly, it was a little intimidating at first. But as soon as I arrived at Bakour Suites, they welcomed me with open arms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I ended up making friends and having so many great conversations during my stay. The room was more than enough for me and had everything I needed. I truly loved my time there and would absolutely come back again."

"Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff."

La calidad de los jugos muy baja, sabia a jugos de sobres de colmados, en ls habitacion se le olvidó la toalla al momento de cambiar las sábanas."

"The pools were beautiful and not over crowded. The beach was disappointing with seaweed. The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Brandol answered any questions I had at anytime I asked. He took great care of us to make sure we had what we needed. We did have a problem with our first room with moisture on floors and our clothes got damp too. We were given another room and it worked out. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again in a different season when there is NO seaweed!!...
