"Food was sub-par with a few exceptions. The coffee shop was great. All the staff were great. The resort felt very safe. Pools and the beautiful grounds were clean and well kept. Very disappointed in the room. The phone and door safety lock did not work. The toilet and shower drains were slow. The room was so humid that the sheets felt damp. All my belongings smelled so musty that even after washing, deoderizing and airing everything out, some items from my suitcase will need to be disposed of."

"Food was excellent. Only real problem was the pool. It closes at 8:00 PM and there isn't a swim up bar. The property doesn't clean the sargassum (seaweed) off their beach. Plus they have a sign that says no swimming in the sea. So, swim at your own risk. Now back to the food. This is an true all inclusive resort. When you eat at any of the restaurants you can order more than one appetizer, entrée and dessert. The buffet was really good as well. I would rate this a sold 9 out of 10. Highly recommend this to anyone o e or any family."

"My family of four had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and met our needs during our visit. However, the biggest issue we experienced was with the towel service. Our reservation clearly indicated that there would be four guests in the room, yet only two bath towels were provided upon arrival. When I called to request additional towels, I had to make multiple phone calls before they were finally delivered, and it took much longer than expected. This was frustrating, especially after a long day when we simply needed enough towels for everyone in our family. Aside from this inconvenience, our stay was enjoyable. I would recommend the hotel, but I hope they improve their responsiveness to guest requests and ensure rooms are properly stocked based on the number of guests listed on the reservation."

"It was nice clean and staff is very friendly is family friendly I like that! What I don’t like was that they give my husband and I a room with pass thru door and we can hear kids scrimping and crying at 5 am and 7 am in the morning ! It was like they were in our room! I make the complaint thru Expedia and they never get in touch with us to see what was happening"
